Spring Night Club is a 60+ year tradition for Bothell High School music

This year it will be held on Friday, May 30th and Saturday, May 31st.

WHAT IS “SPRING NIGHT CLUB”?


A unique BHS tradition, Spring Night Club is a Pops-style concert and the largest music event of the year! 

This is an event you will not want to miss!

Mark your calendar for either Friday evening, May 30th at 7pm or Saturday afternoon, May 31st at 2pm.  

These two identical shows will feature the upper level performance music groups at Bothell HS as our gym will be transformed into a "nightclub" with table service of desserts, charcuterie & drinks. Please see the below for all the details, including how & when to purchase tickets.

In order to make this special event happen we will need many volunteers.  There are jobs for everyone: selling tickets, helping at the event, donating drinks, loaning us your square card table for the weekend, and more...  Come watch the show one day & volunteer the other - that way you won't miss anything!  Please watch out for our sign ups (coming soon) & see where you might be able to get plugged in.

(Note 1: since this event features a good number of the vocal and instrumental performance groups in our BHS music program Spring Night Club lasts 2.5 - 3 hours and it is a pretty big deal!)

(Note 2:There is a concert on Thursday, May 29th featuring our Concert Choir, Concert Orchestra, Concert Band, and Jazz Band 3).

ADVANCED TICKET SALES

ADVANCE TICKET SALES: In the Lobby @ BHS Cashier’s office

This event often sells out early. Many people show up well before the tickets go on sale in order to secure choice seats. All tickets will be sold at the BHS Cashier’s office.

  • TUES, May 13 – Sales start at first lunch (11:05* am) thru 4:15 PM for Music Department SENIORS ONLY

  • WED, May 14 – Sales start at first lunch (10:50* am) thru 4:15 PM for all grades of music students and general public

  • THURS, May 15 – Sales are at lunches - 11:35* am – 1:00 pm for all grades and general public

  • Any tickets left will be sold @BHS Cashier’s office during school cashier hours.

*Note: These are regular scheduled lunch times – times may change if school schedule changes – please check Bell times on school website

TICKET PRICES

  • Tickets are only sold in pairs**

      (**Quantities of 2, 4, 6, or 8)

  • Maximum of 8 tickets per music student allowed for the first 3 days of advance ticket sales. 

 

Guests are seated at reserved tables of four people.

  • Rows 1 - 4: $15 per person

  • Rows 5 - 7: $12 per person

  • Rows 8 -10: $10 per person

What if I CANNOT Make the Advance Ticket Sales Times?

Those unable to purchase their own tickets at the pre-sale times may print out and complete the order form and send it with a friend or your student indicating the date, number and price of tickets to be purchased. (Subject to availability). ONLY One person may purchase tickets for one other family.

Payment: Credit/Debit Card, Cash or Checks made payable to "Bothell High School"​*

 

* All Ticket Sales Proceeds go to BHS Music Dept ASB funds, this is why we must go through BHS Cashier for payment.

Bothell High School's Spring Night Club is an incredible event requiring many volunteers.

The music directors prepare the program and the Music Boosters help set the "night club" ambiance, create the menu, provide the food, beverage, server coordination, as well as the sales of tickets, candy grams, and roses for the evening.

 

Your Music Boosters board welcomes all the help we can get! There are all kinds of opportunities to choose from and we'll provide you with training, direction and support. 

Donated & Loaned Items

We are in need of several loaned & donated items:

  • 60 Card Tables - we have collected some over time but need to set up 100 square card tables for this event and still need about 60 sturdy tables to make it all happen - sign up here to loan a card table or two.

Volunteer Opportunities

Since there are two identical shows, please consider attending one show & volunteering at the other.
