THANK YOU TO THIS YEAR'S VOLUNTEERS!
Your help is invaluable to us and greatly appreciated!
The Booster program could not work without your generous donations of time. Thank you for supporting BHS Music!
Our biggest fundraiser of the year! Head over to our school sales store on the Cheddar site and order your wreaths, greens, and poinsettias for this season! Orders directly benefit the music group you choose, or you can specify general fund to be split between the groups at the end of the year. You can also donate directly to any group through Cheddar at any time during the year.
Don't let that clutter sound a sour note in your household, fill some boxes and donate them at the Goodwill Fill-a-truck event! Items to donate: books, household items, printers, monitors, computers, cameras, cell phones/chargers, TV’s, décor, tools, jewelry, toys, sports equipment, clothes, linens, some furniture, and just about anything else that is in re-useable condition. Proceeds from this fundraiser go to benefit all the music programs at BHS.
Spring Night Club!
SNC Tickets go on sale the week of May 24th! EVERYONE attending these final BHS concerts of the year will need a ticket. Both shows, Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th, are the same show, Saturday will start at 7:00 pm and doors open at 6:30 pm for seating, and Sunday will start at 2:00pm and doors open at 1:30pm for seating.
All seating is assigned at tables of four. Tickets are sold in pairs only and maximum of 8 tickets per student for the first two days of sales. Since you get to choose your seats, purchases are done IN PERSON at the BHS Cashier's window. Day one ticket sales are available only to our SENIOR music students and their families after school from 2:20 to 4:00. Day two sales are available to all music students/families 2:20 to 4:00. Day three and on, tickets will be available for purchase at the Cashier's window during all school lunches.** THIS CONCERT ALWAYS SELLS OUT. This is a production on a grand scale! A few tickets are sometimes available for purchase at the doors but may be at random tables or in single chairs along the back wall.
(If you did not get a ticket but would still like a chance to hear the concert, then VOLUNTEER during one or both nights! There are many opportunities, such as cashiering, coffee service, helping in the kitchen, helping coordinate the student servers, etc...)
** If you cannot make it to the school for in-person ticket purchase, you may fill out this ticket purchase authorization for someone else to come and get tickets for you.
