It Takes All of Us

To provide a high-quality music education for our kids, we need community support. Whether you are a parent, student, or a community member, it takes all of us to make it work. We are appreciative of all forms of donations from direct financial contributions to volunteer hours to simply attending one of the performances.

There are lots of ways to donate your time and personally contribute to the success of the BHS music programs. It takes a village to make these events happen, so we appreciate your willingness to jump in and help. 

How do I know where volunteers are needed?

The easiest way is to click this link to subscribe to the Booster email list and all of the events and volunteer needs will be sent directly to your inbox.

 

Secondly, check back here and you will find a list of current events where volunteers are needed below and on the calendar.

How do I sign up to volunteer?

To sign up for those events, simply click the Signup link below and register:

Funds raised by the BHS Music Boosters close the financial gap between the needs of our Music Program and the funding provided by the school district. 

Here are some things that your donations help to provide:

  • Grants to returning students pursuing private lessons or summer music camps

  • Scholarships to graduating seniors continuing as music majors in college

  • Funding for guest clinicians & accompanists

  • Purchase and maintenance of school instruments and equipment

  • Assisting students with costs associated with travel to various performances, concerts, and tours

  • Shared costs of uniforms
