Pricing - All fees are tax deductible!

$400 for a 3-4 person combo (may include piano, guitar, vibes, drums, bass, saxophone, trombone, trumpet) for 2 hours. Additional musicians are $50 per musician, with a max of 6 musicians per event.
This includes two sets of music, about 45-50 minutes each, with a 15 minute break between sets and a 30 minute set-up and take-down window. There are additional costs for increased time spent at the event and for travel time beyond 45 minutes.
We will send an invoice via email, which you may pay by check or credit card. We ask that invoices be paid no later than 2 weeks following the event. Special rates can be negotiated for public service and fundraising events.
BHS Music Boosters is a 501(c)(3) organization, which means all payments made directly to the club are tax deductible!

Other Details

Our musicians perform during the school year on evenings and weekends, and perform in Snohomish and King counties.
Attire dress for the combo members may be formal (black dress pants/ shirts) or "dressy" casual.
A 3 or 4 person combo needs an area of about 10 x 10 feet to perform. Performers need access to electrical outlets. The band brings its own instruments and sound equipment, including amplifiers for bass, keyboard and guitar. Outdoor performances have specific requirements in terms where the musicians can be placed.
