Spring Night Club is a 60+ year tradition for Bothell High School music
This year it will be held on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st.
WHAT IS “SPRING NIGHT CLUB”?
A unique BHS tradition, Spring Night Club is a Pops-style concert and the culminating event of the year. The entire Music Program performs a show featuring the music of Broadway, Hollywood, Disney or other popular tunes.
Spring Night Club features two Identical performances, this year on Friday, May 31st at 7:00 pm and Saturday, June 1st at 2:00 pm
Tickets are sold in advance and guests are seated at reserved tables of four. Desserts and beverages are available for purchase - and served to your tables. It is one of the most exciting events of our school year!

(Note: since this event features ALL of the musical performing groups in the BHS music program Spring Night Club lasts 2.5 - 3 hours and it is a pretty big deal!)

ADVANCED TICKET SALES
ADVANCE TICKET SALES: In the Lobby @ BHS Cashier’s office
This event often sells out early. Many people show up well before the tickets go on sale in order to secure choice seats. All tickets will be sold in the Lobby at the BHS Cashier’s office. Your student may purchase the tickets - send along the order form and payment.

Tues. May 21: During Lunch and 3:15 – 4:00 PM for families of Music Department SENIORS ONLY

Wed. May 22: During Lunch and 1:45 – 4:00 PM for families of all grades of music students and general public

Thurs. May 23: During Lunch and 3:15 – 4:00 PM for all grades and general public
Additional times for ticket sales will be available if we don’t sell out the first 3 days.
TICKET PRICES

Tickets are only sold in pairs**
(**Quantities of 2, 4, 6, or 8)

Maximum of 8 tickets per music student allowed for the first 3 days of advance ticket sales.
Guests are seated at reserved tables of four people.

Rows 1 - 4: $15 per person

Rows 5 - 7: $12 per person

Rows 8 -10: $10 per person
What if I CANNOT Make the Advance Ticket Sales Times?
Those unable to purchase their own tickets at the pre-sale times may complete the order form and send it with a friend or your student indicating the date, number and price of tickets to be purchased. (Subject to availability). One person may purchase tickets for one other family only.
Payment: Credit/Debit Card, Cash or Checks made payable to "Bothell High School"*
* All Ticket Sales Proceeds go to BHS Music Dept ASB funds, this is why we must go through BHS Cashier for payment.
Bothell High School's Spring Night Club is an incredible event requiring many volunteers.
The music directors prepare the program and the Music Boosters help set the "night club" ambiance, create the menu, provide the food, beverage, server coordination, as well as the sales of tickets, candy grams, and roses for the evening.
Your Music Boosters board welcomes all the help we can get! There are all kinds of opportunities to choose from and we'll provide you with training, direction and support.

We are in need of several loaned & donated items:

60 Card Tables - we have collected some over time but need to set up 100 square card tables for this event and still need about 60 sturdy tables to make it all happen - sign up here to loan a card table or two.

Bottled Water & La Croix (specific flavors) sign up here to donate.

Several Large Portable Coolers sign up here to loan.
